I graduated from East West College in Portland, Oregon in 2007 after completing the 801 hour program with a focus in Myofascial Realignment. Other areas of specialty are Trigger Point, Postural Assessments, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Structural Integration (Kinesis Myofascial Integration) with advanced study in Nerve and Artery Mobilization and TMJ Disfunction. Prior to finding my way as a somatic therapist, I was on the path towards a career in nursing while working in a Trauma Unit in Nashville, Tennessee. It was there that I fully awoke to my calling to assist others on their personal journey towards balanced well being. It was at that time that I also discovered that my innate desire to facilitate balance was best expressed through the power of touch. My practice is focused primarily on those experiencing chronic pain, motor vehicle accidents, and post surgery as well as those in sports training, and most of all those who are achieving to live a life to the best of their abilities.
I have completed the 500 hour certification program in Kinesis Myofascial Integration, "Anatomy Trains", with Tom Myers founder and teacher in 2013 and a member of the International Board of Certified Structural Integration Practitioners, BCSI.
